We came as a three, where two of us had already been to clueQuest before and the other had done escape rooms, but not at clueQuest. Right from the beginning Jonnie introduced the game to us in character and got the hype and vibe going quickly. His energy and personality made us feel right at home and we knew before we even got into the room that we were going to have a great time. He explained everything clearly in terms of safety measures and what to expect in the room so we could ge the most out of the experience.
The room itself is very well designed. It wasn't so impossibly difficult that we felt completely stuck, but challenging enough that we felt that satisfaction of solving the problems. We did have to reach out once for a bit of a poke in the right direction, and it made me giggle that Jonnie responded to our query in character.
Overall it was fantastic and we were leaving buzzing and saying how we need to come back to clueQuest to do the other related rooms, as well as one new one that was being advertised on the website. We also want to bring more people in future, so we can share the fun of the place with others. Thank you Jonnie for such an amazing first experience for me, and we can't wait to come back. Jonnie is a credit to the business!
