WHAT IF I GET CLAUSTROPHOBIC?
None of our rooms involve tight spaces; no crawling or fitting through tiny alleyways! Each one of our doors is fitted with a ‘Back to Reality’ button that can be pressed at any time - you’re never completely locked in. If you’re still worried, you can chat to your Gamesmaker at the beginning of your mission, and they can arrange for the door to be left open for you.
WHAT IF I GET OVERWHELMED?
We’re happy to take people through the visuals of the rooms before they play (why not check out this story from Agent Brent about his briefing of a team?), and can even modify things inside the room to ensure you have a comfortable time. We’re happy to turn down the volume and let you know in advance if something is about to pop open!
WHAT IF I CAN’T SOLVE THE PUZZLES?
Your Gamesmaker will be on hand with clues and tips to help you along. If you’re ever stuck, you can ask them for some help, but have faith in yourself - you’re probably doing better than you think!
