The Escape Room created some really good behavioural reflection, dialogue and self awareness development, specifically around where people go when under pressure. One very confident delegate reflected how he became incredibly frustrated when they came under pressure at the end. He shared with the group that it was a part of his personality that he definitely wanted to manage better. This was an incredibly valuable reflection for this individual and led to a really good conversation on ways in which he could do that. By listening to the commentary of the two room hosts in the control room, it was relatively easy to highlight examples of thinking styles and behavioural attributes in action, both in a positive and developmental way.
