In 2022 we were awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for the seventh consecutive year.
From building our own escape rooms to designing bespoke pop-up games for events, our in-house team of designers and creatives work around the clock to deliver five star team experiences.

Status: 21/0h per week
Pay: £12.21/hr - starting pay with a 3 month probation
We require Zero or Fixed Hours contracts with mainly weekend availability, alongside high seasonal availability and consistent coverage on both weekdays and weekends.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the senior management team to ensure operational activities run smoothly and efficiently. They will be confident and proactive in providing leadership, recruitment, training and supervision of staff within the company and have an in-depth knowledge of employee relations, quality control and team performance.
They will form an integral part of the team ensuring good customer relations are maintained, supporting management with periodic performance reviews, whilst providing advice and guidance to staff.
£13.84 per hour (3 month probation) rising to £14.34 per hour upon passing probation.
21h (3 days per week) or 30h (4 days per week) options. Two shifts per week Friday-Sunday based on a rolling pattern, with the remainder mid-week. Occasional early starts, to accommodate greeting corporate teams before general opening.
