We have a maximum capacity of 7 people in one escape room for health and safety purposes. IAMAI can fit 8 players, due to its larger footprint.

We recommend allotting 80-90 minutes for the escape game, which includes a brief and debrief prior and after the game finishes.

You can either pay via card through our webpage payment portal, using any of the major carriers, Amex and Google Pay.

We do not reserve rooms for single or small bookings. However, the minimum non-refundable amount to secure a game is equal to the value of a team of 3 for each room in your booking. If you add any additional players to a team without exceeding the maximum, then you can simply pay on the event date with a one-time card payment.

We do not offer refunds on any transactions according to our terms and conditions. However, we offer an agreeable voucher policy, issuing vouchers for the original amount paid at no additional cost if given at least 14 days' notice of the anticipated booking rescheduling request or cancellation request. Vouchers for rescheduled bookings are valid for 6 months from creation and can be extended for up to another 6 months. If we’re given less than 14 days and up to 24 hours' notice of a booking's team size needing to be reduced due to anticipated absences, we can process the vouchers for the amount equal to the number of players who cannot make the event date. We do not offer vouchers or refunds for no-shows on the event date.

We offer four different escape games that have at least one copy of each, allowing for healthy competitive team building and removing any worries about spoiling the missions for colleagues during post-escape discussion. Two of our missions have 3 copies and 4 copies respectively, which cater perfectly for large groups of up to 18 people playing one mission across three different units, and 24 playing another game in four different units.

We have set times but can accommodate bespoke starting times for an additional fee of £80 per room. To book a bespoke start time get in touch by sending a message to escape@cluequest.co.uk.

We do not have a dedicated parking space for a charter or mini-school bus, however, there is ample on-street paid parking available along Caledonian Road. There is also ample on-street parking available along Copenhagen Street, along Barnard Park.
