Want to get to know the characters of the Print+Cut+Escape!? We’ve put together this handy guide for you to discover who’s who.

Lisa Hammerschmidt

Lisa Hammerschmidt, alias Agent Crimson, is a new recruit to the agency - who just happens to be the daughter of Lord Hammerschmidt, clueQuest’s venerable benefactor.

Young and headstrong, Agent Crimson is impatient to defeat Professor BlackSheep and has grown tired of watching the agency sit on its hands. Desperate to find out why the world’s scientists were disappearing without a trace, Agent Crimson set off to The Cube - Professor BlackSheep’s lair - on her own.

In Episode 1, Agent Crimson was captured, and we helped her escape from her prison cell. In Episode 2, she is moving further into The Cube, to locate the Alpha Brain System - a machine capable of hacking into the minds of all living creatures, and hijacking their brain power.

Your mission in Episode 2 is to help Agent Crimson find the system and shut it down, putting a stop to Professor BlackSheep’s evil plan.

Lord Hammerschmidt

Lord Hammerschmidt is clueQuest’s benefactor, who used his family fortune to set up the agency. Lord H also happens to be the father of Lisa Hammerschmidt, alias Agent Crimson.

He never wanted Lisa to join the agency in the first place, preferring to keep her out of harm’s way. So he’s none too pleased that she’s now gone rogue - putting herself up against Professor BlackSheep no less.

While we don’t hear directly from Lord Hammerschmidt in Episode 1, he appears at the beginning of Episode 2. When Agent Crimson escapes from her prison in The Cube, she decides to go deeper into the fortress to locate the Alpha Brain System, a machine capable of hacking into the minds of all living creatures, and hijacking their brain power.

When the center loses contact with her, Lord Hammerschmidt agrees to join Mr Q - the leader of the agency - on a mission to find her.

Mr Q

Mr Q is the mysterious leader of clueQuest, our crime fighting secret agency. His goal is to save and protect mankind from menacing villains such as his arch nemesis, Professor BlackSheep.

In Episode 1, Mr Q led the mission to find Agent Crimson, who was captured on a rogue mission to defeat Professor BlackSheep. In Episode 2, Mr Q has been called back into action again!

This time, Agent Crimson decides to go deeper into the fortress, to locate the Alpha Brain System, a machine capable of hacking into the minds of all living creatures, and hijacking their brain power. When the center loses contact with Agent Crimson, Mr Q launches a mission to find her.

Professor BlackSheep

The Professor is a supervillain and evil mastermind who believes that the end justifies the means.

Professor BlackSheep and Mr Q were once friends and colleagues, until their completely opposing world views drove them apart. This time the Professor is trying to stop humanity squandering its intelligence on worthless pursuits, like sharing cat GIFs or voting in idiotic world leaders.

In Episode 1 we learned that the Professor has been kidnapping the world’s top scientists and in Episode 2 we find out why - he has been forcing them to build a system capable of hijacking the world’s brain power and turning its citizens into sheep-like followers (I mean, he believes we’re already half-way there considering our social media habits!).

The machine is known as the Alpha Brain System, and it’s located in the heart of The Cube.

Sir Bugsy

Sir Bugsy is the ugly henchman of Professor BlackSheep, who was guarding Agent Crimson’s prison cell back in Episode 1. And he’s back in Episode 2! This time he’s guarding the Alpha Brain System, a machine capable of hacking into the minds of all living creatures, and hijacking their brain power.

Wondering why he looks so… unique? Sir Bugsy didn’t always look like this. In his youth he was obsessed with his physical appearance, and was seduced by Professor BlackSheep’s ability to transform humans into animals.

These powers allowed Professor BlackSheep to use animal features to adjust Sir Bugsy’s looks. Personally, we think he was better off before, but apparently he got hooked - at the same time becoming ever more beholden to his master, Professor BlackSheep.

Episode 2 of Print+Cut+Escape!, Alpha Brain System, will be released on 12th May. Check out our website for more details.
